Magnet Forensics is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide essential support to our sales team. This role is critical for ensuring smooth operations and enabling our sales representatives to focus on building client relationships and closing deals.
What You'll Do
- Manage administrative tasks and scheduling for the sales team
- Coordinate resources and materials for sales presentations and meetings
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Support the sales process by preparing proposals, contracts, and reports
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success teams

- Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordinator role

Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in or willing to work from the Washington, DC metropolitan area, including Maryland, Herndon, or Virginia.
