What You'll Do
In this role, you will lead sales initiatives within the Neurovascular Business Unit, focusing on the Southwest region of Germany, including key cities such as Stuttgart, Freiburg, Ulm, and Karlsruhe. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both clinical and administrative stakeholders in healthcare settings.
You will drive revenue performance in your assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and shaping strategic approaches to market demands. A core part of your work involves advising and training medical teams on the effective use of advanced medical technologies in clinical practice, ensuring they are equipped to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
You will engage in negotiations with physicians, hospital administrators, and procurement departments, aligning clinical value with organizational needs. Active participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows will also be expected to strengthen brand presence and expand professional networks.
Requirements
Applicants should have professional experience in the medical field or hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in medical technology, medicine, or business administration with a strong interest in sales. Residency within the designated region is required, along with a willingness to travel regularly, including occasional overnight trips.
Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in engaging with diverse groups of professionals. You must demonstrate initiative, motivation, and a proactive mindset. A results-driven, entrepreneurial attitude is essential, as is adaptability and creative problem-solving in evolving environments.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Candidates must also meet legal health requirements, including full measles vaccination due to facility-based regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in interventional neuroradiology or prior sales experience with medical technology products is highly advantageous and may strengthen your application.
