Responsibilities
- Drive revenue expansion within a portfolio of designated accounts
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with Credit Union clients
- Build strategic partnerships with senior-level client stakeholders
- Deliver tailored recommendations through presentations and written proposals
- Negotiate pricing terms for annual and transactional contracts
- Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients
- Guide clients in leveraging data, analytics, software, and technology to enhance lending, manage risk, prevent fraud, and improve member engagement
- Quickly master industry concepts and communicate how data-driven tools can transform client operations
- Work across internal teams to align priorities, resolve challenges, and uncover growth opportunities
- Understand client needs by adopting their viewpoint, using their terminology, and advocating for their interests internally
- Create accurate sales forecasts, advance opportunities through the pipeline, and ensure timely solution delivery
- Discover new avenues to expand business and deepen existing partnerships
- Pursue personal growth through diverse challenges, emphasize accountability, and foster trust with colleagues and clients
