Responsibilities
- Contact customers to share information about products, services, or donation opportunities.
- Identify and assess potential leads via phone and enter data into a CRM platform.
- Manage and track customer appointments, including rescheduling as needed.
- Conduct payment follow-ups, assist with debt resolution, and update financial records using predefined call guides.
- Administer customer feedback surveys and organize findings into structured reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries, diagnose problems, and deliver effective solutions.
- Work with internal departments to ensure lead generation supports broader sales goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
