Responsibilities
- Fosters a customer-focused sales environment by delivering exceptional service
- Provides detailed product services including customization and finishing to enhance customer satisfaction
- Helps the store team process incoming shipments and prepare items for display
- Tracks and reports on shipment status, keeping leadership informed of delivery timelines
- Keeps the stockroom organized and accessible for team members
- Supports or leads restocking efforts to maintain optimal inventory levels in-store
- Contributes to loss prevention through participation in inventory counts and transfers
- Engages in continuous learning and shares product expertise with team members
- Helps ensure the store and facilities are well-maintained
