Responsibilities
- Fosters a customer-focused sales environment by delivering exceptional service standards
- Provides detailed product services including branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and polishing to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assists the store team in receiving deliveries and preparing merchandise for display
- Plans, monitors, and communicates shipment details to management
- Keeps the stockroom organized and accessible for team members
- Helps lead or supports restocking efforts to maintain optimal inventory levels on the sales floor
- Supports loss prevention by participating in inventory cycle counts and transfer processes
- Engages in continuous learning and shares product knowledge with team members
- Contributes to the upkeep of store facilities and building maintenance

Other
- Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
