Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding shopping experience to encourage repeat visits, leveraging product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm.
- Manage the sales floor zone and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards.
- Operate the register, using knowledge of fandoms to process sales and promote add-on sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Support planogram changes, including store layout, walls, fixtures, and merchandise mix.
- Share fashion and music trend insights with management and relevant headquarters teams.
- Collaborate with store management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources.
- Assist in maintaining the stockroom and keeping the store clean and organized.
- Communicate and work effectively as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store leader.
