Responsibilities
- Fosters a customer-first sales culture by providing authentic, high-service interactions
- Executes detailed product services including personalization, conditioning, and shaping to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborates with the store team in receiving shipments and preparing items for display
- Tracks and reports on incoming shipment statuses to management
- Keeps the stockroom orderly and accessible for team members
- Supports or leads restocking efforts to maintain optimal in-store inventory levels
- Contributes to loss prevention through participation in inventory counts and transfer processes
- Engages in continuous learning and shares product expertise with team members
- Helps maintain the physical condition of the store and facilities
