Responsibilities
- Complete training and observation to master the organization's sales process
- Develop skills in prospecting and cold calling to generate new client relationships
- Observe experienced sales team members, including travel as needed
- Support senior sales staff in sourcing, securing, and managing new and current business
- Participate in company-led and client-facing sales meetings
- Nurture ongoing relationships with established clients and accounts
- Create and manage a personalized sales pipeline aligned with post-training placement
- Engage in continuous learning through industry resources in marketing and sales
- Carry out additional assigned tasks and contribute to special initiatives
