Responsibilities
- Complete training and observation to master the organization's structured sales process
- Develop and apply effective prospecting and cold calling techniques to generate new business
- Observe experienced sales personnel in the field, which may involve travel
- Support senior team members with sourcing, securing, and managing both new and current client accounts
- Participate in internal and external sales-related meetings
- Nurture and sustain relationships with existing clients and accounts
- Create and manage a personalized sales pipeline aligned with post-training responsibilities
- Engage in ongoing professional growth using industry-specific marketing and sales resources
- Carry out additional assigned tasks and contribute to special initiatives as needed
