Responsibilities
- Fosters a customer-first sales culture by delivering consistently high service standards
- Provides detailed product care services including engraving, conditioning, and shaping to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborates with the team in accepting deliveries and preparing merchandise for display
- Tracks and reports on incoming shipment statuses to management
- Keeps the storage area organized and easily accessible for staff
- Helps manage inventory levels by restocking shelves or leading replenishment efforts
- Supports inventory accuracy through participation in audits and item transfers
- Engages in continuous learning and shares product expertise with team members
- Contributes to the upkeep of store facilities and equipment

On-site — Austin, TX
Other
- Capable of prolonged standing and walking, with frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling during inventory tasks
- Regularly lifts and carries items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Reliably travels to and from the workplace as required
- Available to work 15 to 20 hours weekly
- Available to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as evening and holiday shifts
