  • Process purchases and keep precise records in the customer relationship management system.
  • Reach out proactively to prospective clients and leads.
  • Follow up with potential buyers at critical stages in their decision-making process.
  • Build and manage a consistent flow of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Run focused outreach efforts tailored to specific customer groups.
  • Re-engage former customers about advanced or refresher education options.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of training offerings and licensing criteria in the construction field.
  • Stay informed on licensing rules that vary by state for contractors.
  • Offer advisory support on educational routes and career advancement.
  • Suggest course bundles aligned with individual client needs.
  • Answer in-depth questions regarding course material, structure, and completion criteria.
  • Develop and sustain strong connections with both prospective and enrolled students.
  • Log all client communications and ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date.
  • Gather and relay customer input to help refine educational products and operational processes.
  • Address client issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
  • Check in with customers post-enrollment to confirm satisfaction with their learning experience.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes regularly.
  • Spot patterns and opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
  • Attend scheduled sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
