Responsibilities
- Fosters a sales-oriented atmosphere centered on authentic customer interactions and consistently high service standards
- Provides detailed product services including customization and maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborates with the store team in receiving deliveries and preparing merchandise for display
- Tracks and communicates shipment statuses to management to ensure operational transparency
- Keeps the storage area organized and accessible for staff efficiency
- Supports or leads restocking efforts to maintain optimal inventory levels on the sales floor
- Contributes to loss prevention by participating in inventory audits and transfer processes
- Engages in continuous learning and shares product knowledge with team members
- Helps maintain the physical condition of the store and its facilities

- Frequently stands or walks for long durations and performs physical tasks such as reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling during inventory work
- Regularly lifts items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace
- Required to work 15 to 20 hours per week
- Required to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as evening shifts and holidays as needed
