Responsibilities
- Fosters a customer-first culture by delivering consistent, high-quality service experiences
- Collaborates with the store team to receive deliveries and prepare merchandise for display
- Tracks and relays real-time shipment updates to management
- Keeps the stockroom orderly and accessible for staff efficiency
- Helps lead or support restocking efforts to ensure optimal product availability
- Contributes to inventory accuracy through participation in cycle counts and item transfers
- Engages in continuous learning and shares product expertise with team members
- Supports upkeep of building and facility standards
Work Arrangement
On-site — Austin, TX
Other
- Required to stand or walk for long durations, with frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling during inventory tasks
- Regularly lifts and handles items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace
- Expected to work 15 to 20 hours per week
- Available to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as evening and holiday shifts as needed
