Responsibilities
- Fosters a customer-first sales environment by delivering exceptional service experiences
- Collaborates with the store team to receive deliveries and prepare merchandise for display
- Coordinates shipment logistics by tracking and reporting transit updates to management
- Keeps the stockroom organized and accessible for team members
- Supports or leads inventory replenishment to maintain optimal in-store stock levels
- Contributes to loss prevention through participation in inventory counts and item transfers
- Engages in continuous team learning by sharing product expertise
- Helps maintain the physical condition of the store and its facilities

- Required to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as evenings and holidays when necessary
- Expected to work 15 to 20 hours per week
- Frequently stands or walks for long durations and performs physical movements like reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling during inventory tasks
- Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds on a regular basis
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
