Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, leveraging product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm.
- Manage the sales floor zone and ensure assigned areas meet visual presentation standards.
- Operate the register, using knowledge of fandoms to process transactions and promote add-on sales through services like buy online pick up in store and curbside pickup.
- Support planogram changes involving store layout, walls, fixtures, and merchandise mix.
- Communicate fashion trends and insights to management and relevant headquarters teams.
- Collaborate with store management to prevent theft and misuse of store assets.
- Assist in maintaining the stockroom and overall store cleanliness and organization.
- Work cooperatively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store leader.
