Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external communication aligned with client requirements and project details
- Support sales initiatives across a designated region, product line, or set of accounts to achieve revenue targets
- Contribute to income generation by maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients
- Generate and submit sales orders as directed by the sales team
- Conduct research on potential leads to support sales outreach efforts
- Oversee internal preparation of responses to Requests for Quote, Proposal, or Information, coordinating with departments such as legal and finance to ensure timely, compliant delivery
- Monitor project timelines to meet client deliverables
- Identify and qualify leads within target markets
- Support the planning, design, and rollout of marketing initiatives
- Perform market and feasibility analysis to evaluate new business opportunities
- Gather, validate, and interpret data on competitors, markets, products, and partnerships to inform sales strategy
- Keep current on organizational and competitive offerings
- Produce final pricing quotes, proposals, and agreements according to client timelines
- Maintain and adjust pricing information as required
- Develop strong client relationships and use insights into their operations to help shape solutions
- Share post-sale requirements with relevant teams to ensure product fulfillment
- Collaborate with sales to build customer strategies, contract terms, and sales projections
- Provide regular updates on job status to clients, customer service, sales, and production teams
- Support management of the CRM system, specifically Salesforce.com
