Responsibilities
- Cultivate Impactful Alliances: Act as the primary champion and trusted advisor for our customers and partners, aligning Docebo’s innovative solutions with their highest-level business goals.
- Engineer Revenue Growth: Crush expansion and retention targets by identifying upsell opportunities and proactively managing renewals in tandem with the Customer Success team.
- Master the Demo: Design and deliver high-energy, tailored solution presentations that simplify technical complexities and highlight the 'wow' factor for both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Build Technical Bridges: Configure product environments and lead deep-dive technical conversations regarding integrations (SSO, CRM, HRIS) to ensure a seamless platform fit.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain a gold-standard pipeline within Salesforce and Gong, using data-driven insights to mitigate risks and capitalise on regional growth trends.
- Collaborate Without Borders: Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our customers and partners receive a world-class experience.
- Navigate the Region: Hit the road (up to 20%) to connect with your community in person, bringing the Docebo Heart to customer sites and industry events.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in high-stakes, customer-facing roles like Account Management or Solutions Consulting.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of enterprise ecosystems like CRM, ERP, and HRIS.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or have equivalent real-world experience.
Nice to Have
- Deep, specialised knowledge of the Learning Management System landscape.
- Specific experience managing partner/channel motions to drive indirect revenue.
