Responsibilities
- Build, update, and automate unified dashboards that deliver meaningful insights across the customer lifecycle, from first marketing contact to closed deals.
- Examine data from the full technology ecosystem—including CRM, marketing automation, and web analytics platforms—to uncover patterns, conversion obstacles, and areas with strong growth potential.
- Work closely with finance and executive leadership to improve attribution methodologies, ensuring accurate measurement of marketing’s impact on pipeline generation and return on investment.
- Establish and monitor core performance metrics such as marketing-qualified leads, sales-qualified leads, win rates, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value to support reliable revenue forecasting and risk identification.
- Manage and enhance the integrated technology environment, including Salesforce, marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, and sales engagement tools such as MixMax.
- Create and deploy scalable processes for lead distribution, lead scoring, and automated follow-up campaigns to enable smooth transitions between marketing and sales teams.
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining a centralized, accurate data repository, applying data enrichment techniques, and organizing audience segments for precise campaign targeting.
- Serve as the main point of contact between sales and marketing teams to align on shared definitions, objectives, and operational execution.
Compensation
Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 plus equity and benefits for this full-time US-based role, with final compensation based on experience, skills, location, and role level. Additional offerings include health insurance and startup equity.
