Responsibilities
- Lead the worldwide implementation of forecasting tools across all sales teams, ensuring strong user adoption, creating executive-level dashboards for leadership visibility, and developing coaching tools for managers to use in one-on-one meetings
- Manage and enhance a cloud-based analytics platform, modernizing reporting systems for activity tracking, quarterly reviews, key performance indicators, and go-to-market insights by replacing outdated spreadsheet processes with secure, automated BI tools
- Champion artificial intelligence in analytics by running a proof of concept for AI-powered reporting, identifying opportunities where AI speeds up insights for sales leaders, and defining a long-term strategy for self-service analytics using a cloud data platform
- Design and deploy a comprehensive opportunity ownership model in the CRM system, covering technical design, financial approvals, pilot testing, impact assessment, and alignment with data warehouse pipelines
- Strengthen data quality and consistency across departments by managing a centralized data glossary, revitalizing a cross-functional governance group, and establishing formal processes for metric definitions and approval
- Develop a forward-looking reporting strategy that outlines future goals, certified report standards, and a framework for scalable, user-driven analytics
- Collaborate with training and operations teams to create learning programs, resources, and engagement plans that promote sustained adoption of analytics tools across revenue teams
- Perform in-depth analysis of sales pipeline trends, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics, then translate findings into actionable guidance for sales and go-to-market executives
