Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer relationship management data in HubSpot, ensuring accurate records and clean sales pipelines
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing contracts, proposals, and related documentation
- Monitor and generate reports on key sales performance indicators, pipeline movements, and dashboard metrics
- Organize scheduling, manage follow-up actions, and facilitate communication between sales representatives and clients or prospects
- Help onboard new clients and coordinate seamless transitions from sales to delivery or account management teams
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel
- Keep sales materials, templates, and shared resources organized and up to date
- Spot workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement efforts
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance departments to support end-to-end sales operations
