Responsibilities

  • Assess incoming leads to identify viable business opportunities
  • Understand client travel requirements and align them with suitable products
  • Guide clients through available product choices to secure successful conversions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals
  • Build strong, individualized client relationships as a reliable travel advisor
  • Collaborate within a small team of 4 to 6 sales agents under team leadership
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals consistently
  • Learn from errors quickly, avoiding repetition while adapting to new challenges
  • Work during evening hours in Central European Time to align with U.S. operations
