Responsibilities
- Investigate near misses, minor injuries, recordable incidents, lost-time injuries, and vehicle accidents within one day and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the processing facility and other operational areas.
- Perform routine safety and health inspections and follow up on identified issues until resolved.
- Deliver certified instruction in Powered Industrial Trucks, Lockout Tagout, Fall Protection, Respiratory Protection, Confined Space Entry, and other assigned subjects.
- Accurately and promptly record data in systems for incidents, training completions, and corrective measures.
- Support organizational training needs and verify all monthly safety training is conducted on schedule.

- Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
- Must be able to work varying shifts and weekends as needed
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
