Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to drive a proactive, high-performing SHE&W culture
- Provide strategic and operational SHE&W advice across the business
- Coach and influence leaders to strengthen accountability and capability
- Lead risk management initiatives, audits and assurance activities
- Support incident investigations and identify meaningful improvement opportunities
- Design and deliver engaging SHE&W initiatives, programs and training
- Monitor performance trends and translate data into actionable insights
- Drive wellbeing and mental health initiatives that support our people to thrive
- Embed SHE&W considerations into project planning and delivery
- Build trusted relationships across teams, stakeholders and the wider ANZ network
- Help shape practical, scalable systems and processes that support continuous improvement
