Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer account data to detect behavioral patterns and trends linked to problem gambling.
  • Monitor player activity and independently assess risk levels to guide appropriate actions.
  • Advocate for responsible gambling practices among internal teams and external partners.
  • Engage with customers across multiple communication channels including email, chat, and phone.
  • Guide frontline staff in making decisions that prioritize player safety and brand integrity.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quick thinking in dynamic situations.
  • Deliver training and guidance on safer gambling policies and procedures to employees.
  • Stay current with evolving regulatory standards and procedural updates to support sound decision-making.
