Responsibilities
- Analyze customer account data to detect behavioral patterns and trends linked to problem gambling.
- Monitor player activity and independently assess risk levels to guide appropriate actions.
- Advocate for responsible gambling practices among internal teams and external partners.
- Engage with customers across multiple communication channels including email, chat, and phone.
- Guide frontline staff in making decisions that prioritize player safety and brand integrity.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quick thinking in dynamic situations.
- Deliver training and guidance on safer gambling policies and procedures to employees.
- Stay current with evolving regulatory standards and procedural updates to support sound decision-making.
