About the Role

Tasks • Process orders from B2B clientele including property management firms, hospitality establishments, insurance companies, care facilities, and dining venues. • Mediate communication between customers, their end-users (such as tenants), and our service providers to ensure seamless operational workflows. • Generate and manage invoicing documentation while preparing materials for external accounting procedures. • Maintain customer information within our customer relationship management system (HubSpot) and internal operational platforms. • Handle customer inquiries and support resolution of outstanding financial matters. Qualifications • Completed commercial training or equivalent professional certification. • Initial professional experience in commercial domains or administrative roles, preferably within B2B environments. • Proficient command of office software suites (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets). • Foundational understanding of customer relationship management systems (e.g., HubSpot) is advantageous. • Demonstrates reliable and structured work methodology with exceptional precision and meticulousness. • Numerical aptitude and experienced in managing invoices and service assignments. • Exceptional communication capabilities and customer-centric approach. • Proactive disposition with willingness to collaborate in dynamic organizational settings. • Native-level German language proficiency in verbal and written communication.
