Responsibilities
- Direct client projects, supervising consultant teams, managing timelines, reviewing deliverables, and presenting results to stakeholders
- Lead financial planning initiatives for SaaS and software organizations, creating detailed annual budgets and forecasts based on key drivers like ARR, bookings, retention, and staffing levels
- Develop and implement management reporting frameworks that track and compare performance in ARR, bookings, and headcount against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods
- Create and enhance financial models, analytical tools, and methodologies, including ARR roll-forward and change analysis techniques
- Support business development by engaging with CFOs, finance executives, and private equity sponsors in the SaaS sector, promoting service offerings and leveraging relationships
- Collaborate with leadership to produce industry-specific thought leadership and marketing content that highlights strategic solutions and value propositions for finance leaders
- Serve as primary liaison for clients and sponsors, managing communications and addressing financial and operational needs during engagements
- Promote standardized practices and internal expertise across all client projects
- Assist in nurturing client relationships and advancing marketing strategies for new business opportunities
- Evaluate project requirements and lead the creation of proposals and engagement plans for prospective clients
- Support practice growth by developing execution resources, toolkits, and maintaining a centralized knowledge repository
- Coach and guide junior team members in their professional development
- Travel to client locations as required
