Responsibilities
- Manage user access, security settings, workflows, and integrations across SaaS platforms.
- Evaluate emerging SaaS capabilities and lead pilot initiatives to assess adoption potential.
- Track and analyze usage patterns and adoption metrics for collaboration tools.
- Explore ways to integrate AI, automation, and third-party systems to enhance team collaboration.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to SaaS applications, while documenting effective solutions.
- Create training materials, documentation, and communications to support user proficiency.
