Responsibilities
- Lead a regional team of enterprise and commercial account executives responsible for managing customer relationships from initial outreach through post-sale expansion.
- Own the development and execution of go-to-market strategies across ASEAN markets.
- Actively engage with direct customers and strategic partners to identify business opportunities and ensure regional alignment.
- Supervise the day-to-day performance and activities of account executives, including future frontline sales managers as the team grows.
- Strengthen the sales organization through targeted recruitment, hiring, and professional development initiatives.
- Refine the sales process by coaching teams and disseminating proven methodologies across the organization.
- Foster a culture centered on ongoing improvement and role-specific skill development.
- Collaborate closely with the APAC General Manager to ensure sales objectives support broader regional goals.
