Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to design and build new features aligned with product goals and specifications.
- Partner with product engineering peers to deliver feature upgrades, fix software defects, and implement cross-platform technical improvements.
- Pursue ongoing learning to strengthen technical expertise, deepen understanding of Open Commerce platform components, and broaden system-wide proficiency.
- Enhance API capabilities and business logic, including updating or creating customer-facing API documentation when necessary.
- Collaborate with infrastructure specialists to develop scalable, resilient, and observable backend services deployed in large-scale customer environments.
- Assist operations and infrastructure groups in diagnosing and resolving issues affecting live Open Commerce applications and services.
