- Work on projects with significant social impact

- Focus on testing and code quality
- Work on varied tasks including DevOps processes and backend improvements
- Build new services with CSS & JS

- Review tools and practices in an agile environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience with Rails & TDD
- Comfortable working with a remote team
- Experience of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Good at communicating across the business
- Enjoys collaborating with other developers to build maintainable and elegant code
Nice to Have
- True believer in TDD
- Preference for variation in work, though focus on backend only is acceptable
