Responsibilities
- Build and optimize delivery routes based on store hours, geography, and route capacity
- Reassign and reschedule visits when field representatives are unavailable to ensure consistent coverage
- Integrate urgent “Hot Shot” visits into routes with minimal disruption
- Create one-time or special routes for supervisors to resolve execution issues and visit potential new retail accounts
- Assign tasks to field representatives based on visit outcomes and merchandising needs
- Analyze store performance reports to flag low-performing stores and recommend improvements in product execution
- Evaluate route performance and recommend new store additions to strengthen underperforming routes
- Interpret data, store reports, and photo evidence to support operational decision-making
- Schedule, update, and coordinate food sampling (demo) events based on supervisor input and visit reports
- Collaborate with retailer corporate buyers to ensure demo products are delivered on time
