Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the ROS 2 framework, including nodes, services, lifecycle management, and launch configurations, to integrate the AI stack.
- Develop controllers for various robotic platforms such as humanoids, mobile manipulators, and robotic arms, ensuring compatibility with platform-specific interfaces.
- Containerize and deploy full software stacks using Docker, targeting both embedded systems and edge devices.
- Onboard new robotic platforms by integrating vendor SDKs, validating performance, and ensuring stable operation.
- Develop and sustain test infrastructure and validation pipelines for system-level integration.
- Diagnose and resolve issues spanning hardware, firmware, and software layers, particularly those emerging during integrated operation.
- Deploy and commission software at customer sites in manufacturing facilities.
- Streamline the transition from prototype to deployment by minimizing manual processes and integration bottlenecks.
- Ensure end-to-end system reliability through robust logging, observability, reproducibility, and tooling for long-term autonomous operation.

Team
A focused, technically strong team and a serious engineering culture
About us
The company is developing universal AI software to enable deployment of advanced robots—including humanoids, mobile manipulators, and industrial arms—in real factory environments. With the convergence of modern AI and humanoid robotics presenting a major technical opportunity, the focus is on bridging research and real-world operation. Backed by top-tier funding, the team is deploying robots in Tier 1 manufacturing and aims to become the foundational software platform for industrial humanoids. We are seeking passionate engineers to help build a leading physical AI lab.
Our vision
Enable robots to learn new industrial tasks from minimal demonstrations and achieve autonomous operation within one hour from the start of training. This goal drives all technical and strategic decisions.
Background
We seek candidates with either: (1) experience as robotics engineers deploying robots in real factory environments, such as through work at robot manufacturers or industrial robotics startups, or (2) experience integrating machine learning models onto real robots in academic or industrial research labs. Prior work with humanoid robots is valued but not mandatory.
