Responsibilities
- Investigate and assess machine learning models for robotic perception and task comprehension
- Utilize computer vision and deep learning techniques on data from cameras, force/torque sensors, and depth sensors
- Explore reinforcement learning and imitation learning methods for robotic control systems
- Deploy trained artificial intelligence models into a robotics software stack based on ROS 2
- Plan and execute thorough experiments, iterate rapidly, and maintain detailed documentation
- Support the transition from experimental prototypes to reliable deployment in manufacturing environments
