Responsibilities
- Guide and support staff in building advanced technical capabilities during project execution
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects, determining necessary analyses and selecting appropriate methods, tools, and design assumptions
- Ensure engineering documentation is produced to a high standard of quality
- Provide regular and timely updates to project leadership on technical progress and emerging challenges
- Follow established internal protocols for quality assurance, recordkeeping, and project monitoring
- Support additional project tasks as a technical expert or consultant when required
- Offer insights and recommendations to help expand and strengthen the practice area
- Conduct, evaluate, and supervise technical evaluations and design work, ensuring full design completeness and adherence to the PQMP
- Strive to become a recognized expert in key focus areas within the roadway design discipline
