Serve as the primary advisor for a cohort of nursing students, from onboarding through graduation.
Build strong relationships with students to drive engagement, retention, and program completion.
Proactively identify at-risk students and intervene early to improve outcomes.
Provide 1:1 coaching sessions to support study skills, time management, and clinical readiness.
Help students understand program expectations, schedules, and clinical requirements.
Work closely with instructors, clinical coordinators, and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Support students in navigating Stepful’s LMS, virtual classroom tools, and other required technology platforms.

Professional experience as a Registered Nurse and active RN license.
A bachelor’s in nursing (BSN) degree.
Experience in teaching, academic advising, student support, or clinical education.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and motivate students.
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail to ensure our students’ issues are resolved in the most efficient manner.
Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week and the flexibility to offer evening and/or weekend support to students who are simultaneously working in the medical field.

This is a fully remote, part-time, 1099 contract position.
The hourly rate range for this opportunity is $25.00/hour - $30.00/hour.
Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
