We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our consulting firm in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating organizational risks across diverse client engagements. You will work collaboratively with senior consultants and clients to develop comprehensive risk management strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels. - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for client organizations across various ereas - Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans tailored to client needs and organizational objectives - Identify, document, and prioritize risks using established risk management frameworks and methodologies - Analyze risk data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams - Prepare detailed risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders and board-level audiences - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into business processes and decision-making - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented risk mitigation measures - Stay current with emerging risks, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management - Support the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for clients - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of risk management methodologies and tools
