Rightpoint is looking for a Visual Designer with a systems mindset to help define and extend design languages for major brands. This role focuses on creating structure from ambiguity, balancing craft with scalability, and leveraging design systems to power digital experiences.
What You'll Do
- Shape, refine, and extend design systems that bring consistency and scalability across platforms.
- Translate existing frameworks and design patterns into new components in Figma that are visually precise and usable at scale.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design system adoption and governance.
- Create detailed visual specifications, component libraries, and documentation that enable designers and developers to work efficiently.
- Contribute to high-profile projects spanning automotive, apps, and websites while ensuring visual consistency through the system.
- Work remote with a blended team of designers that are both internal and external (client).
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio showcasing your work with design systems, component creation, and system evolution.
- Deep knowledge of design principles, accessibility, and best practices for scalable UI.
- Systems-oriented thinking with the ability to balance creativity and structure.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on an enterprise or big tech design systems team rolling out documentation and process evolutions at scale.
