Requirements
- Proven HubSpot administration skills with hands-on experience managing CRM configurations and workflows
- Direct experience integrating and managing Chargebee for accurate revenue tracking and preventing revenue loss
- Strong commitment to data accuracy and experience resolving data quality issues
- Proficiency in creating KPI dashboards and generating reports using HubSpot
- Fluent bilingual ability with at least 70% proficiency in both French and English
Nice to Have
- Experience leading a small team of 1 to 2 direct reports
- Adaptable and self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort navigating change
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach and effective communication across departments
- Based in the Montreal region and able to work on-site most days
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in operations or revenue management roles
