Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a GTM strategy & operations function
- Salesforce fluency - you understand how object relationships, workflows, and automation translate business policy into operational reality
- Proven experience owning business rules, attribution frameworks, or operating model governance in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong cross-functional track record - you've worked with IS, Data, Marketing, and Sales leadership to drive aligned decisions and system changes
- Comfort working with BigQuery and Looker to validate, QA, and interrogate data that underpins business rules
- Experience documenting complex policies and translating them into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- Fluency in English as a working language
