Bestow is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager

About the Role

The Revenue Operations Manager will serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership and the CRO, driving clarity and execution across the revenue lifecycle by leveraging data, automation, and go-to-market insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the revenue operating rhythm by preparing executive-level reporting materials, facilitating biweekly pipeline reviews, and delivering weekly performance reports with trend analysis.
  • Maintain Salesforce as the central data system by building reports and dashboards, monitoring pipeline progression, and proactively identifying risks such as delayed deals or reduced engagement.
  • Transform structured data into actionable insights through analysis and storytelling, delivering clear recommendations to executive and sales leadership.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, ensuring timely preparation of client materials, accountability in updates, and seamless coordination across revenue teams.
  • Conduct regular market research to assess total addressable markets, refine target segments, and align outreach with updated customer profiles.
  • Prepare detailed client briefs for key accounts, particularly public carriers, to equip sales leaders for high-stakes meetings.
  • Collaborate with Finance to refine pricing frameworks for annuities and life insurance, incorporating market benchmarks and performance data.
  • Create a unified forecast model by integrating pipeline metrics, inputs from the TPA Services team, and other data sources into a clear, interpretable summary.
  • Identify repetitive tasks and implement automated workflows to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Bestow's Revenue team drives growth for our enterprise SaaS platform, the technology carriers like Nationwide, Transamerica, and USAA rely on to modernize life insurance. Sales Operations sits at the center of that engine: turning raw pipeline data into a clear picture of what's working and what we can do to drive continued growth. This role reports directly to the CRO.
