Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Showcase the impact of revenue cycle management services by demonstrating measurable outcomes and addressing issues proactively.
- Evaluate client performance data to detect trends and recommend process improvements for revenue cycle optimization.
- Respond quickly to client inquiries and work with multiple teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Partner with billing, operations, and product teams to improve service delivery and client experience.
- Suggest process improvements that enhance both internal operations and client-facing workflows.
- Deliver regular performance updates and data-driven insights to keep clients aligned with their goals.
- Enhance client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy through strategic communication, aiming for high Net Promoter Scores and strong client references.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership or management.
