About the Role
This role is the first dedicated compensation leader within the Revenue Operations team, responsible for scaling compensation operations through robust processes, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate payout execution. The position requires a blend of operational rigor, analytical depth, and partnership with Legal, HR, Finance, and Sales Leadership to ensure timely and accurate variable compensation delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage scalable workflows to support compensation administration, including payout schedules, reconciliations, and period-end closing activities.
- Oversee the execution of compensation plans, quotas, credits, adjustments, exceptions, and payouts with precision and consistency across go-to-market teams.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Finance to ensure compliance, approvals, and audit readiness; manage the creation, distribution, tracking, and storage of compensation documentation.
- Build reporting dashboards, analytical tools, and quality controls to enhance transparency, accuracy, and confidence in compensation programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation inquiries from sales teams, improving communication between field and back-office functions; develop support materials, FAQs, and intake procedures.
