Responsibilities
- Conduct frequent outbound phone and digital outreach to current and potential advisor clients in a designated area to promote and sell collective investment trust offerings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advisor relationships, managing day-to-day communication, updates, and growth initiatives.
- Achieve or surpass defined performance metrics such as daily call volume, scheduled meetings, new advisor onboarding, and pipeline contributions.
- Uncover significant sales prospects and collaborate with external wholesalers to build and execute strategic territory plans.
- Respond to incoming inquiries from advisors and internal stakeholders with accurate, timely information about product features and benefits.
- Develop and present customized proposals, investment materials, and presentations aligned with client needs.
- Ensure all client interactions, sales pipeline stages, and relationship developments are accurately recorded in Salesforce or the designated CRM.
- Travel as required to attend industry events, client meetings, and joint sales activities with external partners.
- Remain informed on market dynamics, competitive products, and internal service enhancements to effectively represent the firm in client discussions.
- Proactively explore new sales techniques, prospecting methods, and market opportunities to increase revenue potential.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
