Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service while implementing loss prevention practices
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Able to regularly perform store maintenance tasks
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
Nice to Have
- College Degree
- 5+ years Retail Store Management experience (Multi-Unit Management experience highly desired)
- Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills
