Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating enthusiasm for high-quality products and educating customers about the meaning behind WFF
- Commit fully to training programs to become knowledgeable in product offerings and culinary techniques, enabling the sharing of cooking tips and recipes
- Deliver a personalized shopping experience that mirrors the expertise and care of a professional butcher
- Support customers during checkout with a focus on creating a memorable service experience
- Carry out stocking responsibilities including lifting items up to 50 pounds, rotating stock, placing orders, and maintaining cleanliness
- Manage daily price updates and operate the cash register as needed
- Fulfill online customer orders and ensure timely handover of products for delivery
- Work in very cold conditions, including handling racks, processing deliveries, and completing monthly inventory in walk-in freezers
- Perform additional tasks as assigned within the store environment
