The Beer Store & Brewers Distributor Ltd. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Staff member for our location in Ridgeway, Ontario. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, focusing on customer service and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store in a unionized environment.
What You'll Do
- Stock shelves, unload delivery trucks, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Serve customers daily and process payment transactions.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and use all provided PPE.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year's consecutive retail experience.
- Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40lbs for more than 100 ft for continuous periods.
- Must be able to stand on your feet for 2 or more hours during a shift.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Able to perform basic computer functions.
Nice to Have
- Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent.
Benefits & Compensation
- Wages starting at $17.95 per hour, subject to wage increases based on hours worked according to the terms outlined in the Collective Agreement.
