Responsibilities
- Earn commissions through direct sales of retail products, including point-of-sale systems, merchant solutions, cash advances, loyalty programs, and related offerings.
- Guide customers through application processes, conduct follow-ups, and secure finalized agreements.
- Assist clients in understanding how to effectively use purchased services and solutions.
- Offer basic technical assistance for customer devices and connected hardware.
- Coordinate and manage installation appointments and scheduling follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional support teams such as sales, operations, finance, and IT help desk.
