The Retail Tire Sales Representative will work inside a premium OEM automotive dealership in San Jose, CA, serving as the go-to tire expert. You'll engage customers on the service drive, sell tires to exceed goals, perform quick tire inspections, and build lasting relationships—all within a stable, family-owned company committed to safety, service, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Engaging customers on the service drive and selling tires to exceed assigned goals
- Performing quick tire inspections
- Identifying and explaining tire related issues, recommending service, and quoting prices
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealership teams
- Supporting store operations like inventory, opening/closing, and reporting
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience
- Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills
- A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts
- Comfortable using computer-based tools and order systems

Benefits & Compensation
- Base pay: $28.34–$30.85/hr to start
- Target annual commission: $13,200.00
- Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding
