Responsibilities
- Demonstrate company values in all actions, communications, and decisions.
- Support store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising, e-commerce operations, cleaning, and completing various operational tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Consistently deliver a positive customer experience using sales and service programs.
- Inform and enroll customers in BevMo!'s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
- Apply product knowledge and BevMo! training to recommend products to customers.
- Offer solutions such as product substitutions or special orders when appropriate.
- Pick and pack items per order for dispatch to customers.
- Ensure accuracy of picked and packed items.
- Clean and organize the warehouse.
